We have an opportunity in Sydney and are searching for a strong eLearning Instructional Designer on a contractual basis to work on site with our client in the Sydney CBD. 

As the  Instructional  Designer you will be required to be  flexible in  tasks  and  deliverables, but would include:

• End  to  end  analysis  (Learning  Needs  Analysis)  
• Learning  design  work  in  house  e.g.  writing  and  storyboarding    
• Managing  online  deliverables  and  liaising  with  off  shore  developers  
• Storyline  e-learning  development /support  where  appropriate/applicable    
• Development  of  Word  and  PowerPoint  training  materials  to  support  Webinar learning
• Face to face Training 
• Face to face  and  webinar  facilitation,  where  appropriate  /applicable    
• Update  FAQs and intranet  page, where  appropriate/applicable

Your experience will include: 

• Good  with  stakeholders,  pro-active,  self-sufficient,  good  time  management 
• Strong  writing,  analysis,  storyboarding,  
• Strong  PowerPoint and good graphic design basics to support  it  
• Competent  Storyline  skills 
• Experience  with  facilitation  desirable, especially  in  webinars
