The Company:

This highly reputable and well-established business has been operating within the manufacturing industry in Australia for the past 25 years.  With over 350 employees based in Melbourne and offices across Australia they are the world leader in their industry.
  
The Position:

Working as the HR Advisor, you will be responsible for all areas of HR on an operational level, encompassing recruitment, learning and development, talent management, performance management and employee relations.
  
The Responsibilities:

• Manage the end to end recruitment process
• Manage the staff induction, onboarding and probation process
• Work with line managers to coordinate performance appraisals
• Provide generalist advice relating to awards and EBA’s
• Assist in the implementation of the new HRIS
• Day to day management of the work cover and workers compensation requirements
• Assist with OHS responsibilities

The Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline (preferred)
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Proven experience within the Manufacturing Sector (preferred)
• Excellent communication, professionalism and work ethic
• Strong initiative, problem solving and analytical skills
• Firm but fair approach
