Having just placed an inspiring People and Culture Executive who is passionate about developing high performing People teams; I am supporting them to find an outstanding People Operations Manager to realise their vision and grow with the business.
  
What is exciting about this role?
  • you will have the opportunity to completely reshape the employee experience and position the organisation as a great place to work
  • you get to own the redesign and delivery of core processes across the employee life cycle ie. performance management, remuneration and benefits, employee relations, onboarding etc; including implementing a scalable HRIS to modernise and uplift the function
  • partner directly with the business around key people matters
  • manage and develop the P&C assistant to provide excellent support
  • work with an organisation (and P&C Exec) who will be growing globally and want you to develop with them on that journey
  
You will love this opportunity if you:
  • are experienced in operating across all facets of HR at a mid-senior level and can confidently partner with leaders around difficult issues
  • prefer to work in a non-corporate, fast paced environment and understand the nuances of working in a scale-up / smaller organisation
  • love doing true generalist end to end HR which a smaller organisation allows (c.200 people) ie. diagnose, design and deliver your own ideas
  • enjoy being able to influence decision making through data analytics
  • like working for a P&C leader who will back and develop you and let you run with your ideas
  • believe that a policy doesn’t need to be longer than 2 pages – and can usually be removed altogether once the culture is right
  • are hungry for the opportunity to take a P&C function which has some foundations in place but has substantial opportunity to become more sophisticated, efficient and scalable – and the work and stakeholder management that it requires doesn’t daunt you!
