We're looking for a People and Culture Manager to manage our People and Culture (HR) function. 

What you'll do: as our People and Culture Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring our people and the company are aligned. You'll have full creative scope to develop and implement your own people strategy and put your stamp on our people initiatives, processes and policies.

This is a true generalist role - no two days will be the same! You'll always be working on different things (from employee engagement to recruitment to company structure, and more) and need to be agile and confident enough to respond to the business' needs. You'll manage employee relations and act as an advisor and coach to our managers on all people issues.  You'll act as a true champion of our company values of:

What you'll have: you're passionate about the role people play within a business and have proven experience in attracting, motivating and retaining top talent. 

An emotionally intelligent HR leader, reporting directly to the head of a company; Cath Jules, and be responsible for managing and developing our People and Culture Talent Acquisition Specialist who works 3 days a week.

  • You've got 4 years+ experience in an HR generalist role. 
  • Previous payroll processing/ management is essential as this is a part of the role.
  • Events, media,call-centere, recruitment or sales environment is an advantage.
  • You've had exposure to all aspects of HR from recruitment and retention, to performance management, employee engagement, remuneration, and rewards, to company communication and culture development. 
  • You have a thorough knowledge of employment and immigration legislation and are someone that managers turn to for reliable advice on people issues. Influencing and coaching leaders and employees is something you're particularly passionate about and skilled at.
