Our well known Perth based client is seeking a HR Officer to join an existing team for an initial 10 month contract. On offer is to work for an innovative, flexible and friendly mining organisation in the CBD!
 
To be successful for this role you will need to be locally Perth based with excellent communication skills and previous SAP experience. 
 

Essential skills and experience required:

• Minimum 3 years HR or employee relations experience 
• Experience in change management, particularly in an enterprise organisation
• Strong SAP and MS Office skills
• Policies and procedures management
• Strong communications and relationship building skills
• Tertiary qualifications in HR, Industrial Law or Organisational Psychology 
• Experience in managing disciplinary processes including a working knowledge of Australian labour law 
• Analytical skill set in dealing with complex data
• Previous experience working in the mining industry preferred
• Process improvement skills
• Ability to work autonomously 
• Ideally experience working in a shared service model
