The Opportunity

They require an immediately available Recruitment Consultant to deliver on high volume store-based roles. This is an initial three-month contract, with potential to get extended.

Specifically, you will:

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of retail store-based roles (job brief, draft job ads, CV screening, phone screens, manage offer process etc.)
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager to define general candidate requirements (prior experience, needed skills, education, compensation ranges, etc.)
• Use internal recruiting system - PageUp to track progress against plans and adjust as required
• Work in a fast-paced environment where you will deal with high volume recruitment

To Be Successful you will have:

• Able to start immediately
• 2+ years’ experience in high volume recruitment within either an internal or agency environment
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise effectively and work within a fast-paced environment
• Experience with web-based recruitment systems such as PageUp
• In-house hospitality recruitment experience managing end-to-end recruitment process is advantageous
