About the role
To provide and support an effective and efficient Human Resource service to IRESS people. Working collaboratively as part of the People@IRESS team, you will support and manage people support processes from across IRESS’ global business. You will also be the one of the primary first line contacts for all people and people leaders across the APAC business.
Accountabilities & Deliverables
- To support the delivery of effective Global People services.
- To effectively manage and take ownership people operational inquires in APAC as the first line of contact for the APAC people team and the APAC business.
- To ensure the delivery of all general people administration in support of the people lifecycle.
- To continually work to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of people processes and globally harmonize the design and delivery of People Services.
- To be a recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in the operation and use of Workday ensuring;
- a high level of data integrity,
- effective and accurate process management and delivery, and
- accurate and timely reporting
- Support and deliver OH&S related activities in the Melbourne offices
