Your new role
This role will require you to work with parts of the business in a number of offices in the central Sydney area. This is a 6 Month role with the potential for permanent for the right candidate.

This role will be working closely with others in the recruitment team and will involve the following duties:

  • Key liaison for stakeholders
  • Broad knowledge of sources for technical and non-technical recruitment at all levels, including top universities, agencies and target companies that relate to our industry
  • Obtaining a key understanding of job roles throughout the technical portfolio
  • End to end candidate management and guidance through the recruitment process
  • You have built and maintained a broad network of professional relationships
  • You will have experience in technical recruitment into IT/Engineering/Project management
  • Ability to thrive and be able to prioritise in a constantly changing environment
  • Experience managing communication with candidates from start to finish

What you need to succeed
You will be competent, focused and outcome driven. You will have over 3-5 years Internal/Agency recruitment experience and be available to start immediately. This job would suit someone who has worked in recruitment in a technical space (IT or Engineering); liaising with stakeholders and candidates. Suitable for ex-agency recruiter who is looking for a better work-life balance.
