Your new Role
This role will work closely with the broader People Services Team, the Executive, and Operational Managers in optimising practices and capability across the organisation. Your role is to support the business unit in developing, engaging and ensuring that the right people are in the right roles to secure strategic success. As a true HR Business Partner your role will encompass all elements of the HR offering, from transforming and empowering leadership, recruitment and talent management, engagement and retention of staff, supporting career development and succession planning, industrial agreement negotiation and interpretation and where required, transactional HR procedures.

The Successful Person
You will be able to partner with the senior leadership team and build relationships with the operational line to ensure you understand the true challenges of the organisation and can therefore add value across the employee group. You will be an integral member of the business unit by actively engaging with the General Manager and operational managers of this business unit and participating in all people-related activities within that business unit. You will be able to demonstrate true partnering as a commercial HR BP. 

What you need to know
The salary offering for this role ranges from $120 000 - $150 000
The role will require travel to sites quite often and therefore a valid driver's licence is required
