The Role

The role is based in our Melbourne CBD office overlooking Flinders Street Station. You will be working with both candidates and client accounts within various market verticals throughout Australia. Our core sectors include Commercial B2B, Construction, Industrial, Engineering and Manufacturing. We have a loyal and established account base of both market-leading Corporates and growing Australian SME clients who understand the benefits of utilising our expert services. Typically, you will be placing Business Development Managers, Account Managers, Key Account Managers and Sales Managers. As such it is paramount that you have a structured and refined approach to sales if you are to see your efforts rewarded. You will be trained on how to correctly assess a salesperson, understand their skill set and career aspirations and subsequently ensure that we are fitting them into the best role that will meet their individual requirements.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Previous experience within an agency recruitment environment dealing with either candidates or clients (ideally both)
  • We are a small business, so you must be happy to work in a tight-knit office environment
  • Bright, Articulate & Driven
  • Strong objection handling skills
  • Fast and "Hands-on" learner
  • Comfortable working to targets
  • Immaculately presented
