About the role:
We are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to support both the business and the staff and to help shape the culture for high performance. You will be responsible for Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, performance management, engagement and retention, providing generalist HR advice and upholding the Bureau Veritas Code of Ethics.
Essential Criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field
- Demonstrated experience in a HR Advisory role within a complex organisation
- A successful track record of EBA and IR advice
- Advanced communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- The ability to work autonomously in a changing dynamic environment
- High level tactical and strategic reasoning skills
- Advanced problem solving skills
- HRIS experience. SuccessFactors would be an advantage.
