The Role
We are looking for a candidate with many years of experience and who is looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real difference within an organisation.
This position is best suited to a H.R Generalist working alongside the Senior Leadership Team, to implement training & development plans, recruitment, mentor programs, appraisals, KPI's & budgets.
This position is responsible for
- Human Resources Plan. Work closely with the Director of Operations & SLT to create the annual Human Resources Plan.
- Company & Team Targets. Work with the SLT to ensure accountabilities and targets are measured, achieved and maintained.
- Mentoring & Training. Manage the company training and mentorship programs to facilitate career development, operational efficiency and employee engagement.
- Quality Control. Manage the regular quality audit of WHS systems and chair the monthly WHS meeting.
- Meetings Management. Manage the presentation and dissemination of HR at weekly SLT Meetings, Fortnightly Sales & Commercial Meetings, annual Conferences and Decorator Front Line Training Meetings.
- Senior Leadership Team. Working collaboratively to manage day to day operational success across the business and achieving the annual 15% efficiency target.
- Workplace Health & Safety Management. Managing the WHS Committee, Workers Compensation & Return to Work, regular audits of WHS Policies & Procedures, and Risk Management.
- Policy & Procedure Development. Manage the policy and procedure framework and lead the ongoing revision, enhancement and achievement of metric compliance goals.
- Budget Management. Administer the Full-Time Labour Budget, Recruitment & Training Budgets in conjunction with the Director of Operations & Financial Controller.
- Continuous Improvement. Work closely with relevant SLT members to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
