The Role
Foxtel Networks is looking for a talented Senior Marketing Designer to join the Entertainment and Factuals team, working on channels including Showcase, FOX8, Arena and History. We love people who are self-motivated, creative and always inspired.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Design Director, the Senior Marketing Designer position requires a solid range of design skills. You will be required to work on marketing collateral for a variety channels. Brand identity is critical to the role and you will require the design flexibility to adapt to each brand.
Opportunity for Part-Time 4 days a week is available for the preferred candidate.
Your Purpose
- Work closely with the Channel’s Marketing team, Creative Director and Design Director
- Lead the design of campaign key art for Foxtel’s highest priority program launches, such as Wentworth, A Place to Call Home, Crimes that shook Australia and the Real Housewives franchise
- Own and deliver entire campaign design process from concept to execution across multiple platforms e.g. Print, Outdoor, Digital advertising and Social Media (e.g. MREC’s, mobile advertising, iPhone & Facebook app skins, eDM templates etc
- Work on numerous brands, sub-brands and campaigns with multiple deadlines
- Translate hero campaign concepts across multiple platforms and devices seamlessly and consistently
- Understanding of user experience for basic online design
- Knowledge of web standards and emerging trends
- Work with a dynamic team, in a supportive environment
Your capability
- 8-10 years Print design experience
- Experience in developing campaign concepts and executing them
- Experience in Television, Entertainment, Media, Marketing or Agency is essential
- Experience with developing and delivering dynamic web content is desirable.
- Ability to effectively follow a brief, delivering creative designs that are on brand and on deadline.
- Ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders
- Ability to develop and present campaign design concepts and see it through to execution.
- You will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and possess a highly organised work approach with a keen eye for detail.
- Enjoy working in a team environment and have the ability to manage deadlines from design brief to completion.
- Professional ability with Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom. Experience with Adobe Animate is desirable.
- Ability to self manage a project, from design brief to completion
- Excellent and well-developed time management and project management skills
