You'll be excited about the opportunity to work on a range of world-class advertising platforms serving millions of impressions to millions of users every day. You'll be interested in knowing how these ad platforms interact with web pages, both within Yahoo7's own network and across a complex network of publishers and advertisers. You'll need to have a curious nature and a desire to follow things through to the end - and you'll need to be determined and tenacious in finding the right people and processes to get to a solution. You'll have a basic understanding of key web technologies alongside advanced knowledge of Advertising Technology.

The role: 

The Account Operations Specialist (AOS) role is to provide leading service, experience, and delivery for all campaigns and clients across a group of sales accounts in the Yahoo7 sales team. The role is the post-sales operational manager for all campaigns, tasked with ensuring the best quality of service and results to our clients and ensuring delivery of all revenue in the sales accounts the role operationally manages.

What you'll need:

• Campaign management or optimisation experience across digital media.
• Digital sales or account management with a focus on operations and client service.Strong understanding of the digital media market
• Strong attention to detail, well organised and possess the ability to prioritise multiple tasks under pressure
• Show excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to present our products and campaign performance results to clients in a clear and concise manner.
