Endemol Shine International, a leading global distributor of finished television programming, is seeking a Content Operations Coordinator to be based in our Artarmon office.
SUMMARY
We are looking for a candidate to work in our busy international finished programme sales division on the servicing and fulfilment of licenses, delivering broadcast content and support material to channels and platforms around the world.
The candidate must have a good eye for detail, excellent communication and proven problem-solving skills with a minimum of one to two years’ experience in a similar role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the day-to-day servicing of finished programme sales for selected territories

Assess Client technical specifications and delivery requirements as part of preliminary material checks

Liaise with Client and Supplier to ensure material deliveries are successfully completed and deadlines are met

Anticipate wider client needs, resolve delivery issues and manage technical rejections

Update internal teams, including Sales, Legal and Finance with accurate information on costs, materials and deliveries

Coordinate the master material handback process with producers for expired titles

Maintain the storage inventory lists and archival content

Maintain and upload support material into Endemol Shine database

Create artwork material and meta-data to client specifications

Coordinate materials and submissions for Awards and Festivals

Other duties as assigned by the Content Operations Director.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

A good eye for detail, excellent communication and proven problem-solving skills, with a minimum of one to two years’ experience in a similar role

Interest or background in television post production/distribution.
- Proven client service and / or delivery track record.
- The applicant must be familiar with television standards including non-linear delivery.
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines
- The ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
- Must be proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel and Photoshop.
Remuneration will be dependent on experience.
