Our Foxtel Promo Platform Department is searching for a Cross Promotions Coordinator, reporting to the Cross Promotions Manager, and will be responsible for delivery of promo materials to external channel partners and conducting all promo data entry ensuring accuracy across multiple systems.
Your purpose
The Cross Promotions Coordinator responsibility is to support the Cross Promo team to ensure materials are delivered from internal and external channel partners on time and to specification. The role is also responsible for scheduling cross promotional campaigns on Foxtel Go platforms & supporting the Cross Promo Managers.
Your new role will involve:
- Database management of all cross promos in IBMS (data entry)
- Liaising with channel partners for material delivery
- Upload cross promo material to Adstream for external channel delivery
- Quality check promo material for technical faults & errors
- Scheduling promo campaigns on Foxtel streaming services (App & Now) via Doubleclick
- Preparation and distribution of weekly cross promo material lists
- Action promo amendments with Presentation & External channels
- Set up campaigns in Tech edge as directed by Cross Promo Manager
- Assist with daily log checking as directed by Cross Promo Manager
- Campaign reporting as required
- Scheduling cross promo deko as directed by Cross Promo Manager
- Department administration tasks, including processing invoices
Your capability
- You will have completed a Higher School Certificate or equivalent level essential.
- Tertiary qualification in media related subject preferred
- You will be experience in IBMS is preferred
- Demonstrated 12 months experience in an entry level role in broadcast, e.g. Video Tapes, Library, On-Air.
- Demonstrated strong data input skills – able to process and maintain the integrity of a high volume of data on a daily basis
- Must have excellent attention to detail - able to spot errors and inconsistencies
- You will be able to use initiative to solve problems and methodical approach to problem solving
- You will present excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- You will provide an understanding of the ASTRA code of practice, APRA & classification guidelines
