The role
Caydon Property Group is looking for a passionate Junior Graphics Designer with a natural creative flair. Working collaboratively within the creative design team, you will generate ideas and translate the campaign brief into compelling creative material to meet with the wider marketing team requirements. In this role, you will be confident in providing advice on innovative creative solutions and best digital design practice, in addition to providing input and feedback on artistic renders, video and photography. You will manage the execution of multiple projects and advertising campaigns across digital, EDMs, web, display, social, promotions and sales collateral by demonstrating brand position to drive business outcomes. The successful candidate will possess well-rounded and up to date knowledge of industry software.
Skills Required
As an experienced Digital Designer, you will possess skills such as
3-5 years’ experience working within a creative agency or comparable in-hour role
Excellent skills with the Adobe Creative Suite
Proficiency in using WordPress
Experience using HTML/CSS
Digital ad campaign experience highly regarded
Thrive in a fast-paced working environment
Project management skills such as briefcase, streamline, Jira etc.
An understanding of mobile-first and response design, user testing and A/B testing.
Prior exposure to advertising campaigns across print will be advantageous
Excellent communication and presentation skills
