Here is why we need you…

You will lead the Sydney Producer team and take ownership over the production of oOh! Digital projects including Excite & Dynamic DOOH campaigns.

You will work closely with Motion Graphics & UX Designer, along with the core Project team to manage and develop processes for the Content & Creative division.

Here’s what you’ll do…

• Oversee the production of special digital and classic builds from concept sign off to retrospective reporting
• Present to clients and engage with media agencies’ queries on digital projects
• Work with creative strategists, designers and developers to manage projects from concept to go live date
• Select and manage external supply partners to assist on the development of digital campaigns as necessary
• Provide real time reporting on digital campaigns to stakeholders
• Manage internal and external relationships to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders
•  Lead, manage and support junior members of the team
• Research local and global production trends to expose production opportunities to oOh!
• Share ideas amongst the creative studio, sales and solutions teams to spark creativity
• Oversee the development of sales collateral to present creative and content ideas.

This is what you’ll look like…

• 5+ years of experience in a Digital Producer or Project Management role ideally from an agency environment 
• Experience leading a small-medium team of creatives and producers
• Ability to juggle leadership responsibilities and ‘big picture thinking’ whilst still be hands on where required 
• Comfortable implementing new processes and systems to better streamline workload
• Excellent communication skills and can collaborate effectively with others
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• A proactive thinking approach in assessing risk factors ahead of time
• Ability to mentor others in the digital space and showcase your passion for this area
• Good understanding of the FDLC of small to medium web applications or campaigns
• Working knowledge of various CMS platforms
• Experience working within an agile environment, in sprints or as a ‘squad’
• A good creative eye and strong attention to detail
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in order to meet tight deadlines without compromising on budget and quality 
• Good technical abilities across basic HTML5 & CSS3 and any UX/ UI capabilities is highly advantageous
• Degree qualified in digital media, communication or similar is an advantage
