Do you want to work in the exciting exhibition and events industry and feel ready for the challenge of delivering high profile custom exhibition stands for exhibition shows and events. Working in a great team environment and being part of an exceptional team of staff, then here is an exciting opportunity to join Australia's leading Exhibition Supplier Company based in South Melbourne.

We are looking for a person who has the ability to work in both office and site environments, working with teams to compile and decimate the data and logistics required in the delivery of the events, you will be based in our Melbourne office although some interstate and weekend work may be required.

You will understand intricate projects where we plan down to the minute to maximise productivity and meet the needs of each unique event.

You will need have the capacity to attend and contribute to meetings in the planning of assigned events, you will be conversant in basic computer literacy and understand the structural aspects of plan details.

Furthermore you will have hands on approach in running crews of supervisors, casual and contract labour and also external contractors.

You will have the ability to deal direct with clients and venues and internal clients in a professional and customer service orientated manner.

Background in the exhibition, construction or shop fitting industries will be highly regarded and preferred.

Experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel is a must. Numerical and administrative ability is essential.

Qualification or a background in the field of construction/shop fitting/cabinet making would be an advantage inclusive of the following skills:
• Leadership skills.
• Exhibition, building / shop fitting or event industry experience.
• High Customer Service Capability .Strong communication and English skills.
• Car license
• Forklift license
• EWP license
