You will work with the 360DMG digital team to develop, execute and optimise marketing and campaign related activities across digital channels. You’ll be accountable for activating campaigns on time and on brief, optimising activity for agency clients and driving digital KPIs both online and offline. Our agency focus is Media that Works and Works.

 

Typical duties include:

  • Working closely with teams to support and drive the key client initiatives with Digital Marketing strategies
  • Executing campaigns across digital channels focussing on Programmatic Display
  • Working efficiently with platform partners, publishers, and internal colleagues to optimise end-to-end execution processes to ensure timely go-to-market capability
  • Working with platform partners, publishers, and internal colleagues to ensure effective campaigns are placed that will deliver required client outcomes
  • Responding to briefs from Account Management and New Business teams, recommend digital approaches based on best practice and previous learnings, ensuring that all campaigns meet client objectives
  • Aligning BAU digital activities with brand marketing strategy and identifying opportunities for further commercialising activity with clients and on occasion their suppliers
  • Providing thorough reporting and analysis on digital marketing results at a campaign level

 

To hit the ground running in this role you'll have experience working in high volume, fast paced environments with the ability to achieve key outcomes under pressure.

As a growing digital business with newly established processes, the ideal candidate would have the initiative to continuously identify improvements in order to optimise marketing and production processes.

 

We're looking for our next digital guru with the following skills/experience:

  • Experience and deep understanding of digital marketing channels, focused on Programmatic Display. This is a hands’ on role. You will take projects from concept to brief through to execution and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of reporting and analytical tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google AdWords, Doubleclick Campaign Manager and Facebook Ad Manager would be an advantage
  • Experience in working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and educate colleagues on digital marketing principles and best practice
