This company is a complex and large independent Government body whose responsibility is to provide services of paramount importance to the aviation industry. They are currently in the process of a $1billion 5 year upgrade to their air traffic management systems following a cyber security breach.
 
There is a role available for a Service Operations Transition Lead to provide guidance and advice to technology projects. You will be required to make changes on operational and transition requirements for acceptance into BAU to ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and procedures. This is a 12 months full time contract with multiple long term extensions for up to 4 years.
 
 
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Advise programs and project on requirements of integration within the organisations operating model
• Ensure process and procedures for handover to BAU functions are approved
• Assist in the development of artefacts required to meet acceptance criteria
• Manage the quality and responsiveness of team members

 
Key Skills and Experience:

• Significant experience in Auditing
• Significant experience in Technical Assurance
• Significant experience in Governance
