Part of Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers, CSBP Fertilisers manufacture import and distribute fertilisers for the Western Australian agricultural sector and provide state-of-the-art AgTech solutions to support better fertiliser decisions.

About the role:

We are looking for a motivated critical thinker to join our Fertiliser Commercial team as a Technical Business Analyst. You will be responsible for finding process improvement opportunities by reviewing existing and new computer systems and business processes.

In addition to this, your key responsibilities include:

• Involvement in implementation of new systems and processes including evaluation, business requirement preparation, design, user acceptance testing and user training
• Providing technical support to internal teams and problem solving application issues with existing systems
• Maintain accurate and up to date knowledge of business systems such as ERP and Microsoft CRM
• Provide functional design analysis, solution configuration, application support, and delivery of Dynamics CRM projects
• Prioritise your safety, and the safety of others in all practices

You will have:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in a business related discipline;
• Significant experience in an organisation with Microsoft Dynamics CRM;
• Ideally some development experience or knowledge in: SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, XML and Microsoft’s reporting solutions such as SSIS, SSRS and PowerBI;
• Microsoft Certifications in the Dynamics CRM space is desirable but not essential;
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organisation;
• Demonstrated analytical and numeracy skills, with the ability to solve complex problems;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong report writing abilities.
