Lime Recruitment is currently recruiting a Technical Writer contract for a large Queensland government department based in the Brisbane CBD. The contract is initially until the 5/9/18 plus extensions.
The role:
This role is responsible for creating and updating the technical documentation within the Change, Release and
- produce accurate and professional technical and business documents
- development of high quality documents relating to
- Change Management
- Release Management
- Transport Management
- Environment Management
- Testing Management
- stakeholder engagement to gather requirements for documents
You will:
- Communicate with others to gather information and understanding of processes, policies and procedures from internal stakeholders to produce high quality documentation.
- Work with minimal supervision to proactively manage workload to achieve deadlines and quality criteria.
- Demonstrated skills in reviewing and proofreading documentation with a close attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies in information.
- Display strong computer skills in using applications such as Word, Excel and Visio.
There are no mandatory qualifications for this role, however an understanding of ITIL and/or Agile terminology and concepts is highly desirable.
