Due to growth, our client is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join their team. You will work closely with the client and stakeholders to gather requirements, customise the solution and roll your sleeves up to implement the software. You will also configure the software and provide training and ongoing support if required. This is a varied role which will suit candidates who like to take ownership and work autonomously.

Working with an experienced Asia Pac team, you will travel to client sites which will be within Australia, New Zealand and some parts of Asia once you are up to speed with your knowledge. Your desk will be at the head office based in Melbourne.

You will be provided with extensive training, however, to apply for this opportunity you must have previous experience in software programming (eg: Visual Basic, SQL), database knowledge and an understanding or experience of laboratory environments. Thus you may have a chemistry degree or have worked within the laboratory sector as well as performed some programming during your career. You must have proven experience across both of these requirements otherwise the learning curve will be too long and difficult for you. If you have worked with any LIMS products this would be a bonus.
