One of our premium clients based in Melbourne is looking for a highly experienced and committed Technical Support Analyst. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to the continued innovation and success of the company.

Duties

  • Provide Level 1/2 Technical Support to all staff in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Work within required timeframes and elevate incidents within timeframes
  • Provide installation/configuration, operation and maintenance to IT systems, hardware and software
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone or electronically in a timely manner
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Follow standard helpdesk procedures, administer help desk and redirect problems to the correct resource.
  • Gather relevant information to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all users

Skills & Experience

  • Experience providing L1/L2 technical support
  • Knowledge of all Windows operating systems and basic Windows networking concepts
  • Experience with the following: Office 365 and Cloud (AWS and/or Azure)
  • Customer-focused, result-oriented, enthusiastic, committed, and well-spoken
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A technical mind and the ability to solve problems
