Leading Digital Agency is Sydney's CBD are seeking a hands on Development Manager to join their business and run a team of 5+ developers. This is a permanent position and will require someone who has strong client facing skills.

Successful candidate will have the following

Exceptional .Net skills as this is hands-on
Content management experience a must. Ideally Kentico but will look at Sitecore, Umbraco etc.
Solutions architecture role working with key clients on large projects
Managing internal development systems and processes
Understanding and the ability to manage cloud infrastructure (Azure + AWS) would be very highly regarded
Client-facing role so must be confident and capable
Strong communication skills a must
