Change Manager

Duties & responsibilities

•          Senior Change Manager to work on large transformation uplift.
•          This role supports all the teams within Enterprise Services (IT division).
•          They are looking to uplift their tools and capabilities which will eventually lead to an organisational change.
•          There will also be an emphasis on improving service management
•          They will be working closely with Service Delivery Managers stakeholders and program leads.
•          They will be involved in establishing new operating models throughout the IT division.
•          Uplifting the ITIL tools and processes, stand up RUN in the organisation (day-to-day activities required to support ongoing activity)

Skills & Experience/must have

•          Need to have worked for large complex organisation
•          Agile experience
•          Someone who has managed organisational change before (OCM)
•          Experience on IT projects- this role sits under IT so need to be able to bring all teams together on journey
•          Experience in ITIL
