The Role:
As the Program Coordinator, you will be working closely with the Program Manager as part of the technology transformation project. Your main responsibilities will involve the tracking of deliverables as well as assessing and regulating risks and issues. You will be closely monitoring the speed and success of the transition of projects into normal service in addition to coordinating reporting cycles at a project and program level,. You will conduct reviews post-project, lead committee meetings and be involved in the Governance arrangements of the project. Ensuring that the finance flow of the actual expenditure together with the forecasts and budget will be another main task of yours, which will require regular monitoring and reporting.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Experience of program co-ordination/administration
- Experience of managing small projects, or exposure to the end to end project lifecycle, or managing substantial parts of the project lifecycle
- Experience of working within a structured project management framework
- Experience in forecasting, managing and reporting finances, both Capital and operational
- Project Management qualifications desirable (Prince2 Foundations, PMBOK, CPPP)
