One of our large banking clients is recruiting for a number of Senior Business Project Managers; to work on their remediation programme taking ownership and managing end to end delivery of complex remediation.

Typical projects include identifying the root causes of customer issues, confirming the scope, identifying the solution, identifying the cohort to be remediated, planning and remediating those customers. Typically the role could be across multiple complex initiatives with ownership of delivery of initiatives.

The remediation is across Deposits, transactions, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Mortgage.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

• Ability to own and manage complex remediation of customer issues end to end with significant customer impacting changes
• Complex Problem solving skills
• Banking/ Financial Services background is essential
• Experience in Deposits, transaction CC, Personal Loan and mortgage desirable
• Good stakeholder management, strong communication and influencing skills
• Can handle tough conversations and work through legal and customer complexities
• Can deal with detail and are able to come up out of the detail as the situation requires
• The ability to plan and organise the implementation of the remediation fixes
• Good people management skills (One or more BAs may be working on the team)
• Experience in managing a high profile project ASIC / RC oversight, media interest, public interest
