About the Company

We are well established with a very strong business model and we have partnered with numerous prestigious organisations to change the market.
We are arguably working on the most exciting projects ever developed on the coast, the opportunity exists for enthusiastic people with a strong self-driven approach to join our current team. Our current clients are based in Australia and New Zealand with plans on expanding our products world-wide.
About the role
Our Support & Training Specialists are the front line of our business. You will deliver the full range of advice, support and virtual training to all levels within our client base. You will be our first point of contact when our clients need help and you will also be apart of the team delivering training on a need be basis to new users in our virtual training environment.
Duties & responsibilities
- Provide technical solutions and identify escalation requirements
- Liaise with other internal departments to resolve queries; Development, Finance etc.
- Assist clients to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Quickly build rapport with customers over the phone
- Ensure wait times are kept to set standards
- Deliver online interactive training

Required
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information into simple terms
- Customer focus and ability to communicate professionally
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Superb communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous contact centre experience
- Demonstrated experience in developing and achieving targets
- Classroom facilitation in an online environment
Desired
- Demonstrated ability to support web-based or deployed software
- Cert IV Training and Assessment
