Your role
As the Transition Team Lead, you will be focused on driving operational excellence in our Service Delivery business by successfully transitioning / on-boarding new services and clients. You will be responsible for coordinating other teams to perform their required tasks to bring customers into our Managed Services support as seamlessly as possible. This role is important to the ongoing success of the Brennan IT business and is to focus initially on the Managed Services business (including Service Desk).
Your day to day responsibilities:
- Directly managing your own Managed Services transitions
- Managing the Transition team; acting as an escalation point and providing guidance to the off-shore team, performing regular team meetings and monthly one-on-ones
- Working with the team or other departments such as Managed Services to identify customer satisfaction or efficiency improvements in the Transition/Onboarding process
- Providing internal reporting on Transition team performance and workload
- Coordination of transition task prioritisation with other departments
What experience you will bring to the team:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an IT Managed Services environment
- Demonstrated experience with on-boarding and transition of new services
- Demonstrated experience with ITSM tool sets
- Demonstrated implementer of process control & governance
- Demonstrated engagement with Exec Management
- Strong working knowledge of ITSM concepts including ITIL
