Position Summary
We are looking for a customer orientated IT specialist who has experience with Microsoft Windows Servers in both setup and maintenance. It would be great if you had previous experience in help desk or customer service fixing IT issues. This role is based in South Brisbane, however there will be some travel between Brisbane and Gold Coast depending on need and situation. This is a customer facing role providing remote and on-site support to internal clients.

This role is with Netway Networks which was established in 1999. We are a rapidly expanding IT Support company with offices in South Queensland, NSW and Victoria offering managed services, project implementation(including post-sales support), cloud solutions and video and mobility solutions for SMB and Enterprise clients.
Mandatory Skills and Experience
- Minimum 4 years' advanced IT industry experience with exposure to Server & corporate IT environments
- Experience with design and system architecting business networks
- Virtualization experience
- Cloud experience
- Disaster recovery experience
- Relevant technical qualifications / certifications are an advantage
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- A valid driver’s license
