About the role:
How could you pass up an opportunity to work on the latest CRM solutions, working within a vibrant, buzzing culture in an organization that puts its people first?! You will be involved with the full end to end development life cycle, dealing directly with clients and working on Microsoft's latest and greatest technology releases. You will also;
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, requirements and key objectives
  • Compose technical specifications and data models where required for large scale projects
  • Design and develop business solutions within Dynamics 365 (CRM)
  • Provide integration development to external systems and web services and provide development support services for the systems we have deployed
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of CRM development best practices
  • Resolve and provide support on a variety of technical issues

The Experience:
You will have a solid understanding of the Microsoft technology stack, be competent in the configuration and development of both the current (D365 Customer Engagement) and recent Dynamics CRM releases. Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate experience in working directly with clients to scope and analyse complex business requirements and delivering solutions to meet their outcomes.
  • Min. 3 years’ development experience with Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Azure development, such as WebJobs, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, .NET development, C#, SQL Server or similar products
  • Microsoft tools and applications including, Visual Studio, Word, Excel & Visio
