About the role

Because of continuing growth, Frontline Services requires an experienced Delivery Manager to manage our managed services and project services teams. The Delivery Manager reports directly to the General Manager, based in our Leederville office, Perth WA. The role will oversee all project and operational services on a daily basis, and ensure that all aspects of both service lines are meeting our clients’ needs and delivering required outcomes.

You will:

  • Demonstrate a professional, structure and mature approach to, the management of teams delivering comprehensive, high value ICT infrastructure managed services and projects services. With a strong focus on cost-effectively applying ITSM processes and procedures.
  • Have operational support experience and hands-on conceptual understanding of leading, contemporary ICT technologies
  • Demonstrate an ability to think outside the box
  • Possess very strong verbal, listening and written skills and an ability to deal with clients at all levels.

Key responsibilities

  • Team resource management – individual performance and development management, alongside team utilization management – resource planning and work allocation across operations and projects
  • Further developing our teams’ capabilities, with a focus on a high-performing team culture
  • Operational financial management in accordance with budget and head count
  • Providing an escalation point for the operational and project teams and service delivery managers
  • Overseeing operational and project financial outcomes
  • Managing the recruitment process for both the operations and project teams
  • Defining and overseeing the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives as agreed with the executive team
  • Being the escalation point for major client service issues - there is an on-call component to this role, requiring occasional work outside business hours
  • Participating in executive planning and performance meetings.
