Ploytech mission is to assist business forecast and schedule to enhance efficiencies and achieve better business outcomes. We do this by delivering innovative, cost effective and integrated solutions for businesses across a broad range of industry sectors (Contact Centres, Hospitality, Retail, Healthcare, Private Enterprise and Integrated Services).
Put simply, we help solve customers staff scheduling challenges.
We are looking to expand our Professional Services Team both locally and overseas with experienced Workforce Management Professionals who will be able to work closely not only with our software development and sales teams but meet the primary requirement of direct engagement with our diverse client group.
About the role:
- Primary responsibility is client management both pre and post sales, new client implementation process and engagement with other third-party suppliers and resellers. This requires strong communication skills and ability to build strong business relationships with our client group.
- Ability to document detail workflow requirements for both client requirements as well as internal software development.
- Deliver both training and go live support either remotely or on client site.
- Leading other WFM specialist in client deployment projects to ensure team success.
- Providing ongoing support services as required.
- Ability to engage with client Senior Management / Department Leads as well as other Workforce Management Experts.
- Business travel both locally and overseas is a key requirement to this role. Therefore, current passport / working visa is needed.

About You:
- You'll need to be very self-motivated with a “Get it done” attitude, be eager to learn and improve.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Client engagement is primary requirement of role so ability to both communicate and listen to our client group is critical.
- Possess excellent planning and time management skills, strong Excel skills.
- Good analytical diagnostic, troubleshooting and data visualisation skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail and capable of meeting deadlines and working under pressure.
Good to have:
- Previous Project Management experience (Agile, Scrum Prince 2 or PMP).
- Technical skills (Telerik Reporting, SQL, .NET development, integration experience).
- Broad knowledge of labour management, HR / Payroll, ERP, Scheduling, or similar domain product/systems
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (engineering, economics, math, or statistics).
- 3+ years’ experience in Forecasting & Staffing process ideally in previous Account Management role.
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment or related qualification
