As a member of the high-performing Salesforce team you will be responsible for the design and development of Salesforce-based solutions to meet a wide-range of blue-chip, global customer's business objectives.
This role will not only include hands-on development, but working collaboratively with customer stakeholders, including executives and end-users, to:
- optimize business process design and the use of Salesforce capabilities
- promote customer relationship management best practice and
- consistently implement and leverage Salesforce using best development and implementation methodologies.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of SFDC development experience
- Mandatory Requirement of Salesforce Advanced Developer II Certification.
- Desirable -- Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/ Marketing Cloud/Lightning/Communities
- Desirable -- Frontend UX/UI skills
- Development experience with Apex, Visual Force Pages, API REST integration, Triggers, Eclipse IDE, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL)
- Experience in working with Force.com Bulk API and the Metadata API
- Experience in Customisation & configure SFDC objects, data fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, document templates, reports and dashboards
- Ability to provide guidance on implementation best practices
- Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop processes and methodologies
- Ability to translate technical specifications into customer/business requirements
Responsibilities (all from a leading perspective)
- Senior-level hands-on technical design, implementation and deployment of Salesforce
- Develop high-level technical specifications
- Configuration services to meet the customer's requirements
- Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code
- Conduct detailed scoping workshops and develop high level project work plans
- Provide configuration and development estimates.
- Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code
