Leading banking client seeking an experienced Change Manager. Must be flexible with location as 3 days a week will be required in SOP (Sydney Olympic Park).

Candidates will need the following attributes: 

• 5+ years' experience working as an Change Manager within financial services / banking 
• Demonstrated experience of end-to-end Change Management delivery 
• Evidence of implementing change on large transformation programs
• Someone who can stand on their own two feet
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to develop and foster strong relationships
• Demonstrated personal characteristics of resilience and adaptability 
• Can work with BA’s / developers / testers to understand technical changes and the impact to the business users and can use this understanding to put together briefing packs for the business reps
• Understands working in an agile environment and how change operates in an agile environment
