Videopro is looking to employ a highly motivated individual to be a part of our passionate Technical Services Group. Reporting to the Services Manager, your primary focus is to maintain, diagnose and rectify client systems.
You will be a self-starter, comfortable communicating with both Project Managers and Industry Tradespeople and enjoy the challenges of system fault finding as well as preventative and reactive maintenance works.

If you have:
- Proven success in previous roles which may have included the AV/IT, Electrical, Data and Security installation industries
- Experience in supporting IT systems and Networking principals
- Experience in supporting Audio systems, their application and configurations
- Experience in supporting conferencing systems such as Cisco and Polycom
- Experience in supporting control systems such as Crestron and AMX
- Be a good communicator with a genuine interest in people
- ACMA cabling licence is preferred but not essential
- QLD blue/white card essential
- QLD drivers licence essential
- A demonstrated commitment to continual improvement, innovation and learning
