About the role
Are you looking to take the next step in your career? This is a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Developer to join the growing team Fruition Partners as a ServiceNow Consultant.
 
Join a team that designs, implements and deploys technical solutions for clients. Your role will be to work systematically with your teammates and customers to understand their high level requirements. You will then balance business, user and technical priorities to conceptualise, scope and implement appropriate approaches and solutions. 
 
With a mix of technical capability, business acumen and also strong customer facing consulting skills, you enjoy providing a range of chargeable, measurable, high-quality professional services, working with and supporting other Consultants.
 
Specific accountabilities include:

• Configure and implementation ServiceNow solutions
• Evaluate existing solutions and processes, and identifying opportunities for improvements
• Continually improve and apply skills across the full spectrum of the software development life cycle
• Support the technical implementations of product offerings and services
• Maintain and proactively update knowledge and seeking out opportunities to share that knowledge on a continual basis
• Respond to and support peers and other delivery team members and colleagues
• Train and knowledge transfer to other team members and customers
• Identify and refer opportunities to add additional value
• Contribute to the development of the library and knowledgebase of implementation materials

 
About you
With experience in a similar role or support role in a professional services environment, you have successfully been working as part of teams that have delivered complex people, process and technology projects, and are looking to continue your career in the IT industry.
 
With a strong technical focus, you have a good understanding of IT related business issues. Development knowledge and HTML and/or Java Scripting skills are required. You are able to communicate complex technical concepts to a wide variety of customers and have participated in a wide range of projects across several different industry sectors.
 
You have a great work ethic, strong desire to learn and are keen to progress your career working as part of a committed and supportive team.
