They are looking for a junior Salesforce administrator/consultant to join their winning team who is looking to grow their career within this space. Responsibilities include:

• Manage and troubleshoot ongoing support requests and administrative needs
• Keep users informed about system functionality and enhancements
• Provide users with technical support, ongoing maintenance of the existing Salesforce CRM, ensuring that the system is maintained according to the best standards and practices
• Liaise with stakeholders, clients and visitors to achieve business objectives
• Develop reports and dashboards
• Train others on how to utilize the different Salesforce platform

 Skills and experience necessary to be considered:

• At least 6 months of Salesforce administration experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• An analytical mindset seeking to make processes/systems better
• Self-starters who can work effectively individually and with project team members toward program objectives
• Strong relationship builders
• Excited about facing new challenges
