About The Role

Great opportunity for an experienced L1 & L2 support analyst to join the team until the end of August. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will be supporting employees with resolving issues within a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service in line with the Service Desk Charter and Civica Values
  • Provide technical application support for products and services produced by Civica to defined service levels
  • To maintain and log accurately all relevant information in Civica Ticket and online Systems
  • Follow all relevant business and information security processes as documented the relevant management systems and provided by team leader
  • Recommend improvements to existing policies and practices
  • Enable Knowledge Sharing and mentoring of 1st level staff for issue resolution and escalation
  • Where directed contribute to project activities, knowledge generation, staff training and root cause analysis

About You

We are looking for a customer service driven individual who can work flexible full time hours across Monday to Friday from 8am to 9pm. You will also have:

  • L2 Software application support experience
  • Comfortable engaging customers face to face/ remotely to identify and triage the issue
  • Knowledge on ITIL processes (i.e. Incident, Request, Problem, Change management)
  • L1 Desktop support experience, networking, telephony, user administration
