ICT Support Technician Carworks Australia offers many automotive products

and services to Ballarat area customers. We are specialized in new and preowned

vehicles trading near Ballarat. We offer the opportunity to demonstrate

your ICT proficiency via onsite & remote service delivery. Key Responsibilities

Computer installation, support and repair for both new and existing users; Email

and network setup for both new and existing users; Determining software and

hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems; Website Function

Development and website user interface test; Maintain website and network

server and all of connected equipment; Write proper program codes for serverside

components as well as user interfaces to meet all functional requirements;

Adjust and optimize the performance of our trading software; Skills and

Experience Required Bachelor Degree in IT / Computer Science or above 3

years plus IT experience in similar position Good organizational and excellent

communication skills Able to work autonomously as well as work effectively in

diverse teams Proficiency in VPN configuration , TCP/IP, WINS, DHCP Detailed

knowledge of the Internet/ port forwarding, NATing, routing tables, remote

access etc High level understanding of Windows Desktop operating systems

such as Windows 8/8.1 and Windows 10 Understanding software licensing

models etc. Annual salary: From $55,000 to $ 60,000 plus Super How to apply
