What you’ll be doing:

We are currently looking for an IT Applications specialist to provide key support to a variety of software applications. This role has been created out of growth and offers the potential for a long-term career.

You will have previous experience in an application/software support environment and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, along with the desire to learn new skills and pick things up from other areas outside of application support.
 
Main responsibilities and roles:

• Deliver new and upgraded software application systems.
• Establishing standardised processes relating to the use of OAC’s software application systems.
• Ensure data integrity within OAC’s software application systems.
• Provide IT support for current software application systems.
• Provide relevant end user and administrative documentation for current software application systems.

What you need:

• At least +3yrs end user and application support experience
• Experience supporting Financial and CRM applications
• A background in the Healthcare industry is preferred.
• An IT related educational degree.
• Strong communication skills.
