Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Management
• Work with business sponsors to define roadmap for the program and define various phases
• Involved in planning team size and resource loading
• Prepare the Requirement Management Plan for multiple projects that are part of the Program
• Identify and communicate risks to senior management
• Reporting the progress of the project on a Weekly basis using Cognizant proprietary tool.
Resource Management
• Develop staffing model for the assessment phase
• Streamlined the resource onboarding process
• Interview candidates for open positions in the program
• Assign resource and track resource utilization
• Weekly touch base with leads to understand any issues/risks in their teams
Scope Management
• Tracking and estimating changes to the project scope
• Managing the scope creep and highlight risks to customers
Quality Management
• Define deliverables & timelines for requirement phase
• Streamline the requirements processes and deliverables by holding weekly touch base with leads to brainstorm on continuous improvements.
• Responsible for the overall quality of requirements artifacts sent for customer sign off.
Mandatory Skills:
Delivery Management, Stakeholder Management, Escalation Management, Requirements Management, Effective Communication, Insurance Domain-Industry Knowledge and Program Management with experience handling Guidewire programs. Have strong knowledge in Waterfall, Scrum Models and Product Implementations
Certifications:
- Completed INS 21 certification
- Completed LOMA certification
