Your Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain system infrastructure and troubleshoot issues as required
- Manage storage environments
- Perform daily checklists and maintenance tasks
- Build, deploy & implement solutions.
- Documentation to support infrastructure (diagrams & procedures)
- Be well presented, quick learner and show evidence of such
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and an ability to build relationships with different levels of stakeholders
- Be customer service orientated and career focused

The Experience and Technical Skills you should have:
- Strong storage experience
- Strong VMware vSphere Experience
- Intermediate Veeam\Backup Exec Experience
- Strong MS AD Experience
- Strong Windows Server ('08 - '16) Experience
- Basic\Intermediate Linux Experience
- Creating and managing a standard operating environment (SOE)
- Backup & Data recovery
- Intermediate understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN/Tunnelling, Routing, DNS)
- Strong desire and ability to learn and apply new knowledge and techniques
- Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills
- Installing and configuring network peripherals (switches, printers etc) would be an advantage
