We are seeking a Windows System Administrator to join our client on a permanent basis.  As a newly created role, you will be an integral member within an excellent team of system administrators aiding with the development, implementation and support of Windows application systems.   


Within this role you will be responsible for the Operations and Support, and Maintenance including: 

• Providing and co-ordinating Tier 2 and 3 support, following the companies ITIL framework.  
• Investigating and troubleshooting issues 
• Ensuring daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of server resources
• Applying OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. 

 
To be successful in this role you will possess experience in the following technologies:

• Microsoft products knowledge (Office, Win7/10 and Server 2012/2016)
• Hyper V 
• Microsoft Deployment Tool (MDT) 
• IIS Web Servers 
• CA / Certificate management
• SCCM
• Remote Desktop Server Farms (RDS) / Terminal Server Licencing 
• AWS   

Experience with VMWare and Monitoring tools (Sumologic or something similar) will be seen favourably.
