Our client based in Wollongong is seeking an experienced Project Management Office Co-ordinator to join their team.  

This role will see you working closely with a number of Program Managers across a range of IT related projects.

To be successful in this role you will be a proactive and team oriented person with the following skills and experience:

• Demonstrated experience working within a PMO environment
• Experienced in the development of project reports and project documentation
• Budget reporting
• Stakeholder Management packs
• Experienced in the modification of project framework tools
• Ability to priortise tasks and work under pressure
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability develop relationships at all levels within the organisation
• MS-Project, Excel and MS-Office skills
