We are working with an Australian owned ERP & Digital Transformation Partner who is about to embark on a 3-5 years digital transformation for multiple clients based in Melbourne & Sydney, this includes Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, however, experience with Dynamics 365 beneficial but not expected. Experience working within large and complex ERP transformations is needed.
About the role
Due to rapid growth, we are looking for 2 Senior Business Analysts to support a PMO team across our digital business transformation and ERP Team.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will eliminate and manage business requirements. We will rely on you to identify, plan, structure and ensure the appropriate outcome is achieved for the projects. You
This is a client facing role with the candidate being key in reviewing and providing input on optimisation opportunities for existing business processes, design and document the ‘As Is and To Be’ along with identifying, documenting and managing project risks and issues.
Experience with Business Process Mapping (BPM) across ERP Transformations is needed and the ideal candidates will come from a consulting background.
About you:
Highly articulate combined with strong probing skills, you will encourage people to ‘think’ and deliver their projects in time, within budget.
You understand Microsoft stack, working on business / ERP transformations projects and aware of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies & structured analysis techniques. Facilitated business requirements workshops, prepared requirements and functional specification, skilled in performing business process mapping and could effortlessly work on Visio, O365, and SharePoint.
You’ve done a business analysis role before, but found it really frustrating because you couldn't see the difference you were making to the business. Here, you will be empowered to help people deliver and will notice the impact you are making (almost instantly).
