My client is currently seeking a Dynamics 365 administrator whom is willing to work in the Sydney CBD.
You will be working within an end-user organisation, and will be required to support the internal stakeholders. Successful applicants will have experience on the Dynamics CRM/365 platform.
You will be providing both 3rd and 2nd line support across multiple implementations.
Having an undergraduate degree in IT or business related subjects is a bonus.
Soft Skill Requirements:
- High attention to detail
- Communication skills between the respected team and stakeholders
- Good Problem solving skills
Skill Requirements:
- Previous experience in troubleshooting and providing technical support
- Knowledge of Microsoft CRM Technologies, 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016 or 365
- Demonstrable background in programming (C#/.NET)
- Superb communication skills
- C# .Net
- Any certifications would be beneficial
