The Company
A brand new, IoT and data services focused start-up has a state of the art Java based supply chain automation solution that is both complementing and revolutionising the food retail industry. With a small team of engineers and a high profile client already on board, they are looking to GROW!
As such they are seeking exceptional full stack developers to join their team. Problem solvers who truly engineer a solution, not just cut code. You will be working on multiple layers of the infrastructure, designing new services, documenting, coding and extensively unit testing your work.
Your responsibilities:
- Full stack development experience including back end, API's, UI and databases
- Developing integration functions - RESTful Services, including JSON, DB, HTTP/s and CRUD
- UI development converting wireframes with HTML5/CSS and JavaScript
- Developing SPA's and responsive websites
- Extensively unit testing your code and collaborating with offshore testing teams
- Knowledge of AI or ML and building application algorithms
- Experience with WebSockets
About you
- Experienced with or interest to code in Golang (or other multi-paradigm languages)
- Extensive full stack development skills working with Golang, Python, Java or C#
- Working in Agile teams to build front end, API's, back end functionality and databases including schemas and stored procedures
- Experienced in defining, developing, deploying and delivering a solution
- Knowledge of real time data, IoT or GPS data driven applications
- A passion for or knowledge of AI, ML, data driven solutions and developing algorithms
- Knowledge of micro services, dockers and all things cloud (AWS and Azure or GPC)
